Acceptance

By accessing or using Sheria Smart Global (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by Resolute Cyber Defense LLC, a United States company.

Self-help information, not legal advice

The Platform provides educational information and self-help tools, not legal advice. We are not a law firm, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using the Platform. See the full disclaimer for details.

Government fees are separate

Government filing fees payable to USCIS, IRCC, UKVI, the Department of Home Affairs, European authorities, or any other agency are paid directly to that agency and are not collected by Sheria Smart Global. Fees listed for our self-help kits cover the educational content and checklists we produce, not legal representation.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases of self-help kits are non-refundable once the personalized checklist has been generated and delivered. If a kit is materially defective, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Use of the Platform

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to access areas you are not authorized to access, introducing viruses or harmful code, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for violations.

Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resolute Cyber Defense LLC disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the Platform’s content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Resolute Cyber Defense LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
